These terms apply to your use of www.erpheritage.com.au (the "site"). If you engage us for a project, that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement and those project terms take precedence over anything here.

Who we are

The site is operated by ERP Heritage, ABN 95 691 945 182, registered in Australia, based at Brotus Way, Donnybrook, Victoria 3064. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean ERP Heritage.

What the site is

The site is a marketing surface. It describes our Odoo implementation, customisation, migration, integration, consultation, training, support, and hosting services. Anything you read here is informational. Engagements only begin once a project agreement is signed by both parties.

Accuracy of content

We try to keep content accurate and current. We do not guarantee it is free of errors, and tax, compliance, and product details change. Do not act on website content alone for a binding decision; talk to us first.

Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or attempt to defeat any security or rate-limiting measure on the site.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions.
• Reproduce substantial portions of the site's text, layout, or visual design without written permission.
• Use the site to send unsolicited marketing, defamatory content, or unlawful material.

Intellectual property

The site's text, structure, and visual design are owned by ERP Heritage. The Odoo wordmark and product names belong to Odoo S.A. Other product names, trademarks, and competitor names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive comparison only.

Third-party links

The site links to external services (Cloudflare, Resend, Odoo, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, and others). We are not responsible for those services or their content. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ERP Heritage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
